1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the site taskbridgar.com, owned by Taskbridgar Analytics S.A.P.I. de C.V., as well as the relationship with users who subscribe to communications or request information about our Business Intelligence services.
2. Acceptance
Use of the site and submission of the subscription form imply full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site.
3. Services
Taskbridgar offers B2B analytics platforms and consulting, including ERP/CRM integration, control dashboards, predictive modeling and training in data governance. The specific scope of each service is detailed in individualized commercial proposals.
4. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, graphics, logos, code, methodologies, images) are the property of Taskbridgar or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
The information published is of a general and informative nature. Taskbridgar does not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or interruptions. In no event shall it be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or economic losses arising from the use of the site.
6. Modifications
Taskbridgar may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on the site on the date of access. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
