Taskbridgar Analytics S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Taskbridgar"), with tax ID TAS2603158K9 and registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 222, Floor 14, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, CDMX, is the controller responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
2. Personal data collected
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through the subscription form: full name and corporate email address. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies, we may collect technical information about browsing (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited).
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is used to: (i) send you the B2B BI Mexico 2026 Benchmark report and related executive communications; (ii) respond to inquiries about our Business Intelligence solutions; (iii) measure website performance through anonymous analytics; (iv) comply with tax and legal obligations arising from the commercial relationship.
4. Data transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your express consent, except when such transfer is provided for in the LFPDPPP or is required by a competent authority. Technology providers that process data on behalf of Taskbridgar are bound by confidentiality and security agreements.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection (ARCO) at any time by sending a request to contact@taskbridgar.com. You must attach official identification and a clear description of the data over which you wish to exercise the right. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), profile-based access controls and periodic audits.
7. Changes to the privacy notice
